Your $2500.00 reservation deposit will allow you to
- continue to learn more about Arbor Ridge
- attend our social and informational events
- meet the people who have chosen Arbor Ridge
- dine in our dining room on a monthly basis.
Your position on our waiting list will also allow you the first opportunity to accept the apartment home of your choice as it becomes available, then you decide if the time is right for you, or you may choose to have your name remain on the waiting list.
Best of all, your $2500.00 reservation deposit will be held in an interest bearing account and is fully refundable at any time…with interest!
