All residences are computer and cable ready and feature a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and an emergency call system. A monthly fee covers everything from 30 meals per month to 24-hour security, housekeeping, apartment maintenance and repairs, scheduled valet and transportation services, and more. Even utilities (except phone and cable) are included – yet another way in which life here becomes so much easier to manage.
